Order Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately or manage your order directly through your confirmation email. Once the 15-minute window has passed, your order will enter our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be canceled, but it will be eligible for a return upon arrival.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items. You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.
